IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPENING FOR CONCIERGE AND EVENT PLANNING AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

We welcome your EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:
• Hospitality Management Industry degree with emphasis in Sales and Event Planning
• 2-3 years of Sales in Corporate, Special, Wedding Event Planning experience, member MPI/CME
• 2-3 year Hotel /Hospitality/Concierge Experience
• Knowledge of sales one-on-one, business logistics, prospecting,
• Ethical, Personable, Committed Professional with Integrity
• Energetic, Efficient, Detail Oriented, Goal Driven
• Innovative, Sales & Marketing & People Service Skills
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook Email and Calendar

Your RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and Generate Sales Activity.
• Attract, Seek and Deliver new business
• Work pro-actively with marketing, leasing and management team.
• Generate & execute conference, special events, wedding events for the new account
Promote the new facility, usage and visibility to drive profit.
• Deliver effective concierge service and resources from restaurants, hotels, tickets, gifts, transportation & travel to meet clients’ needs
• Achieve and increase set production goals
