  • Supervise daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures. 
  • Prepares staff work schedules, monitors proper attendance,  PTO coverage and related schedule matters
  • Assist in developing and implementing an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the concierge services.
  • Set goals and sales for each individual employee pertaining to specific areas
  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve most efficient production among staff.  
  • Participate in meetings, discussion groups and other types of employee interactions. 
  • Solicit employee feedback, utilizes an open door policy and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns.
  • Manage staff shortages due to call offs/sick calls, place designated staff appropriately to maintain required personnel in the field.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiates with others.
  • Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPs) and support the Peer Review Process.
  • Support the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
  • Assist as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members with the appropriate skills.
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Collaborates with other departments to develop business systems or processes.
  • Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, or customer service logs.
  • Establishes or implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures.
